Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

CAA-2006-10-004 2006/10/12 EASA 2006-0297 AIRBUS A330 aircraft, all certified models, all serial numbers up to 755 included. Aircraft on which the four engine fire extinguishing bottles, 2 per engine pylon, have been removed and re-installed at the opportunity of hydrostatic test of engine fire extinguishing as per Maintenance Review Board Report (MRB R) task 26.21.00/04, are not concerned by this Airworthiness Directive(AD).
CAA-2006-09-016 2006/10/12 FAA 2006-20-02 This AD applies to Boeing Model 747-100, 747-100B, 747-100B SUD, 747-200B, 747-200C, 747-200F, 747-300, 747-400, 747-400D, 747- 400F, 747SR, and 747SP series airplanes, certificated in any category; as identified in Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 747- 53A2409, Revision 5, dated August 18, 2005.
CAA-2006-10-003(已有後續修訂版) 2006/10/04 FAA 2006-20-06 This AD applies to General Electric Company (GE) CF34- 10E2A1, -10E5, -10E5A1, -10E6, -10E6A1, and -10E7 turbofan engines. These engines are installed on, but not limited to, Embraer ERJ 190- 100-STD, ERJ 190-100-LR, and ERJ 190-100-IGW airplanes.
CAA-2006-10-002 2006/10/04 FAA 2006-20-09 This AD applies to those Lycoming Engines (L)O-360, (L)IO- 360, AEIO-360, O-540, IO-540, AEIO-540, (L)TIO-540, IO-580, and IO- 720 series reciprocating engines listed by engine model number and serial number in Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, or Table 4 of Lycoming Mandatory Service Bulletin (MSB) 569A, dated April 11, 2006, and those engines with crankshafts listed by crankshaft serial number in Table 5 of Lycoming MSB 569A, dated April 11, 2006. These applicable engines are manufactured new or rebuilt, overhauled, or had a crankshaft installed after March 1, 1997.

CAA-2006-09-015 2006/10/04 FAA 2006-20-07 This AD applies to Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC) models 250- C30, -C30G, -C30G/2, -C30M, -C30P, -C30R, -C30R/1, -C30R/3, -C30R/ 3M, -C30S, -C30U, -C40B, -C47B, and -C47M turboshaft engines, with a third-stage turbine wheel, part number (P/N) 6898663 or P/N 23065843 installed, or a fourth-stage turbine wheel, P/N 6892764 or P/N 23066744, installed. These engines are installed on, but not limited to, Bell 206L-3, Bell 206L-4, Bell 230, Bell 407, Bell 430, MDHI 369F, MDHI 369FF, MDHI 600N, and Sikorsky S-76A helicopters.
