Business Description

The first section

1. CAA Operation Fund capital expenditure:
   (1)Preparing and allocating capital expenditure budget; preparing capital expenditure annual financial statement.
   (2)Auditing and controlling the capital expenditure implementation; monitoring the government procurement programs.
2. The establishment and modification of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Office and its subordinate units; the appointment, dismissal, transfer, performance evaluation, awards and penalties of the accounting personnel.

The second section

1. Preparing and allocating CAA Unit revenue Budget and CAA Operation Fund Budget.
2. Auditing and controlling the revenue implementation of CAA Unit Budget and CAA Operation Fund.
3. Consolidating and making statements of explanation for issues about financial statements of CAA Operation Fund audited by National Audit Office.

The third section

1. Preparing and allocating CAA Unit Budget.
2. Consolidating monthly financial reports and annual financial statement of CAA Unit Budget and CAA Operation Fund.
3. Auditing and controlling the expenditure implementation of CAA Unit Budget and CAA Operation Fund.

The fourth section

1. Editing monthly and annual statistical reports of CAA.
2. Editing monthly on-time performance reports for airlines and civil airports.
3. Collecting and processing data for generating the administrative statistics of CAA.
