Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

These engines are known to be installed on, but not limited to, the following helicopters: Eurocopter AS350B/BA/BB/B1/B2, EC145/MBB-BK117-C1 and AS365N, Agusta A109K2, Sikorsky S-76A+ and S-76A++.
CAA-2009-11-003 2009/11/11 EASA 2009-0240 Airbus A330 aeroplanes, models -223, -321, -322 and -323, all manufacturer serial numbers.
CAA-2009-11-002(已有後續修訂版) 2009/11/06 EASA 2009-0241-E AS365 N1, N2 and N3 helicopters, all serial numbers flying in IMC (Instrumental Meteorological Conditions), IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) or Night VFR (Visual Flight Rules) conditions, if equipped with the vertical gyro units GV 76-1 installed on the rear left-hand (LH) or the rear right-hand (RH) rack.

Airbus A340 aeroplanes, models -211, -212, -213, -311, -312 and -313 aeroplanes, all manufacturer serial numbers on which Airbus modification 48809 has been embodied in production, if delivered before 26 October 2009. Airbus A340 aeroplanes, models -541, -542, -642 and -643, all manufacturer serial numbers, if delivered before 26 October 2009.

CAA-2009-10-010 2009/10/30 FAA 2009-22-06 International Aero Engines AG (IAE) V2500-A1, V2527E-A5, V2530- A5, and V2528-D5 turbofan engines. These engines are installed on, but not limited to, Airbus A320 and A321 series, and McDonnell Douglas Corporation MD-90 airplanes.
