Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

CAA-2010-09-002 2010/09/13 EASA 2010-0186 FSG 2T VHF/AM Airband Transceivers, Part Number (P/N) F10350, serial numbers (s/n) 35(X)-05100 through 35(X)-06462 inclusive, except units marked with Mod-Index: SB 1.06, and s/n 353-05172, 353-05189, 355-05557, 355-05696 and 356-05828. Note: (X) in the s/n prefix denotes any digit between 2 and 9, identifying the year of manufacture (e.g. 2 = 2002, 3 = 2003, etc.). These transceivers are known to be installed on, but not limited to, aircraft certificated (validated) by EASA under CS 22, CS 23, CS-31HB, CS-VLA, and aircraft certificated (validated) prior to 28 September 2003 under equivalent National Standards by EU Member States or associated countries.

CAA-2010-08-013(已被CAA-2016-04-004取代) 2010/08/31 ANAC 2010-08-03(Brazil) This Airworthiness Directive (AD) applies to Embraer Model ERJ 190-100 STD, ERJ 190-100 LR, ERJ 190-100 IGW, ERJ 190-100 SR, ERJ 190-200 STD, ERJ 190-200 LR and ERJ 190-200 IGW airplanes; all serial numbers. NOTE 1: This AD requires revisions to certain operator maintenance documents to include new inspection tasks or modification of existing ones and its respective thresholds and intervals. Compliance with these inspections is required by “Regulamento Brasileiro de Homologação Aeronáutica” - RBHA 91.403(c). For airplanes that have been previously modified, altered, or repaired in the areas addressed by these inspections, the operator may not be able to accomplish the described inspections. In this situation, to comply with RBHA 91.403(c), the operator must request approval for an alternative method of compliance. The request should include a description of changes to the required inspections that will ensure the continued operational safety of the airplane. An alternative method of compliance or adjustment of the compliance time that provides an acceptable level of safety may be used if approved by the Manager, Product Certification Branch (GGCP).
