Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

Aircraft D4 Fascination. Note: The installation of these engines was either done by the respective aeroplane manufacturer or through modification of the aeroplane by Supplemental Type Certificate.
CAA-2011-04-001 2011/04/07 EASA 2011-0062 Airbus A330 aeroplanes, models -243, -243F, -341, -342 and -343, all manufacturer serial numbers.
CAA-2011-03-013 2011/03/31 FAA 2011-07-02 Pratt & Whitney (PW) JT8D-209, -217, -217A, -217C, and -219 series turbofan engines. These engines are installed on, but not limited to, Boeing 727 series and McDonnell Douglas MD-80 series airplanes.
CAA-2011-03-010 2011/03/30 FAA 2011-06-05 The Boeing Company Model 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, -900, and - 900ER series airplanes, certificated in any category, as identified in Boeing Service Bulletin 737- 57A1302, Revision 1, dated October 18, 2010.

CAA-2010-06-003B(已有後續修訂版) 2011/03/28 EASA 2010-0101R2 Arriel 1A, 1A1, 1B, 1C, 1C1, 1C2, 1D, 1D1 and 1S1 turbo-shaft engines, all serial numbers if modified by TU347. These engines are known to be installed on, but not limited to, the following helicopters: Eurocopter AS350 series, AS365 and SA365 series, Sikorsky S-76A series and C series.

CAA-2007-03-009B修訂 2011/03/24 EASA 2007-0065R2Correction Airbus A318, A319, A320 and A321 aeroplanes, all models, all manufacturer serial numbers (MSN) fitted with GE Aviation landing gear (LG) selector valve 40GA or LG door selector valve 41GA with the following Part Numbers (P/N) : - LG selector valve P/N: 114079017, 114079015, 114079013, 114079009AB, 114079009A, 114079009, 114079005AB, 114079005A, 114079005, 114079001AB, 114079001A, or 114079001 and - LG door selector valve P/N: 114079016, 114079014, 114079012, 114079010AB, 114079010A, 114079010, 114079006AB, 114079006A, 114079006, 114079002AB, 114079002A, or 114079002. The following aeroplanes are not affected by this AD: - Aeroplanes MSN’s 2389, 2392, 2393, 2396, 2398, 2403, 2405, 2407, 2409, 2410, 2411, from 2413 to 2439 inclusive, 2441, and MSN above 2441, on which no replacement of the LG selector valve 40GA or of the LG door selector valve 41GA has been performed since the aeroplane delivery and - Aeroplanes on which LG selector valve 40GA and LG door selector valve 41GA have the marking "DI" or “DI-BE” recorded on their amendment plates and Reminder: It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that any LG selector valve 40GA or LG door selector valve 41GA, replaced on an aeroplane after having complied with this AD, still complies with the requirements of this AD.
CAA-2011-03-007 2011/03/21 EASA 2011-0043 This AD applies to Airbus A300-600 and A310, ATR 42 and ATR 72, BAE Systems (formerly British Aerospace) BAe146, AVRO 146-RJ and ATP, Boeing 707, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777, Fokker F27 Mark 050 and Mark 0502, F28 Mark 0070 and Mark 0100, Lockheed 382 (Hercules) and L-1011 (Tristar), McDonnell Douglas DC-8, DC-9, MD-88, MD-90-30, DC-10 and MD- 11, and Sabreliner Corporation (formerly North American) NA-265 aeroplanes, all models, all serial numbers, if equipped with Gables Engineering type G7490, G7492 or G7493 series ATC/TCAS Control Panels. The affected control panels can also be installed on these aeroplanes, if modified in accordance with a certain Supplemental Type Certificate, known to include, but not limited to, Rockwell-Collins STC ST01256WI-D, as issued by the FAA and validated in Europe by STC EASA.IM.A.S.01061.
