These rotary buckles are used on TSO-C114 approved Pacific Scientific restraint systems, having P/N 2000029-01, P/N 2000029-03, P/N 2000029-101, P/N 2000029-121, P/N 2000067-01, P/N 2000115-101 and P/N 2000115-121. These P/N restraint systems are known to be installed on, but not limited to, Airbus Helicopters type AS 350, AS 355, EC120, EC130 and EC155 helicopters. EASA AD 2007-0256 applied only to these buckles when installed on rotorcraft, and was not intended for aeroplanes.
