Pacific Scientific rotary buckles, having Part Number (P/N) 1111430-XX or P/N 1111475-XX,
manufactured between November 2004 through May 2007 inclusive.
These rotary buckles are used on TSO-C114 approved Pacific Scientific restraint systems, having P/N 2000029-01, P/N 2000029-03, P/N 2000029-101, P/N 2000029-121, P/N 2000067-01, P/N 2000115-101 and P/N 2000115-121.
These P/N restraint systems are known to be installed on, but not limited to, Airbus Helicopters
type AS 350, AS 355, EC120, EC130 and EC155 helicopters.
EASA AD 2007-0256 applied only to these buckles when installed on rotorcraft, and was not
intended for aeroplanes.

Therefore, for airplanes on which STC ST00830SE is installed, a “change in product” alternative method of compliance approval request is not necessary to comply with the requirements of 14 CFR 39.17.
