Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

CAA-2009-07-009 2009/07/17 ANAC 2007-02-02R2(BRAZIL) This Airworthiness Directive (AD) applies to all Embraer ERJ 190 airplane models equipped with firewall hydraulic shutoff valve (FWSOV) part number (P/N) 975287-3 or 975287-5.
CAA-2009-07-008 2009/07/17 EASA 2009-0153 Airbus A330 aeroplanes, models -201, -202, -203, -223, -243, -301, -302, - 303, -321, -322, -323, -341, -342 and -343, all manufacturer serial numbers on which Airbus modification 49144 (install rudder fly by wire) has been embodied in production.
