The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

This AD requires repetitive inspection, lubrication, replacement of certain parts to address departures of the inboard feflap assembly from the airplane, also continues to require the actions specified in AD 2021–02–15(CAA-2021-02-010) with certain reduced compliance times.
