The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

- A320-211, A320-212, A320-214, A320-215, A320-216, A320-231, A320-232, A320-233, all manufacturer serial number (MSN) on which Airbus modification (mod) 31020 and mod 20029 where embodied in production; and
A321-111, A321-112, A321-131, A321-211, A321-212, A321-213, A321-231 and A321-232, all MSN on which Airbus mod 31213 was embodied in production;
except those aeroplanes on which Airbus mod 25354 (for A320 aeroplanes) or Airbus mod 22992 (for A321 aeroplanes) or Airbus mod 152637 (for A320 and A321) was embodied in production;
operated or to be operated in Extended Service Goal (ESG).
