依據民用航空法規，航空器所有人或使用人除應遵守本國民航局所發布適航指令，亦應遵守航空器設計國之民航主管機關所通告之適航指令。

適用性說明
- Trent 1000-AE3, Trent 1000-CE3, Trent 1000-D3, Trent 1000-G3, Trent 1000-H3, Trent 1000-J3,
Trent 1000-K3, Trent 1000-L3, Trent 1000-M3, Trent 1000-N3, Trent 1000-P3, Trent 1000-Q3 and
Trent 1000-R3 engines, all serial numbers (ESN), except those on which Rolls-Royce modification
(mod) 72-K571 has been embodied in production, or on which Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 SB 72-K571
has been embodied in service; and
Trent 7000-72 and Trent 7000-72C engines, all ESN, except those on which Rolls-Royce mod
72-K570 has been embodied in production, or on which Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 SB 72-K570 has
been embodied in service.
These engines are known to be installed on, but not limited to, Boeing 787 and Airbus A330
aeroplanes.
