The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

(2) Model ERJ 190- 100STD, ERJ 190- 100 LR, ERJ 190- 100 IGW, ERJ 190 -100 SR, ERJ 190- 200STD, ERJ 190 -200 LR, and ERJ 190 -200 IGW airplanes, as identified in Embraer Service Bulletin N. 190-53-0098, revision 01, dated December 12, 2018. (3) Model ERJ 190-100 ECJ airplanes, as identified in Embraer Service Bulletin N. 190LIN-53-0072, revision 01, dated January 09, 2019.
