Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

Applicability
SA 365 N1, AS 365 N2 and AS 365 N3 helicopters, all manufacturer serial numbers, if equipped with Cobham or Air Precision emergency lighting battery Part Number (P/N) 704A46130033 (Manufacturer Part Number (MP/N) B1090000) or P/N 704A46130044 (MP/N B1250000), except helicopters modified in accordance with Airbus Helicopters (AH) modification (mod) 0724C44; and EC 155 B helicopters, all manufacturer serial numbers, if equipped with a Cobham or Air Precision emergency lighting battery P/N 704A46130044 (MP/N: B1250000). Note: EC 155 B helicopters equipped with Cobham or Air Precision emergency lighting battery P/N 704A46130044 (MP/N: B1250000) are helicopters which do not incorporate Airbus Helicopter modification 0733B45.
