The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

- Part Number (P/N) AP71232101 and P/N AP71231101 Cockpit Voice Recorders (CVR), all serial numbers.
These CVR are known to be installed on, but not limited to, Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321, A330 and A340 aeroplanes, Dassault Aviation Falcon 10 and Mystère-Falcon 20( )5 aeroplanes, and Airbus Helicopters (formerly Eurocopter, Aerospatiale, Sud Aviation) SA 330 helicopters.
