Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

Applicability
- Airbus A330-202, A330-203, A330-223 and A330-243 aeroplanes, all manufacturer serial numbers, which incorporate: Airbus modification (mod) 45785 and Airbus mod 40314, or Airbus mod 45883 and Airbus mod 40314, or Airbus mod 46616 and Airbus mod 40314, except those aeroplanes which incorporate Airbus mod 200195, or Airbus mod 40487 in production, or Airbus Service Bulletin (SB) A330-26-3013 in-service. Note: Airbus mod 40487 (in production modification) and Airbus SB A330-26-3013 (in-service modification) embodies Pacific-Scientific fire extinguisher bottles, which are not affected by this AD.
