The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

- This AD applies to The Boeing Company Model 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, -900, and -900ER series airplanes, certificated in any category, line numbers (L/Ns) 1060 through 3289 inclusive, and 3294, but excluding L/Ns 3138, 3158, 3169, 3175, 3216, 3224, 3253, and 3274.
