Subject
- We are issuing this AD to detect and correct contact between the wire bundle and the left forward rudder quadrant. Damage to the wire bundle from contact between the wire bundle and the left forward rudder quadrant could result in uncommanded stabilizer trim and autopilot disconnects due to shorted wires, potentially affecting the capability of the flightcrew during high work load and consequently reducing control of the airplane. Restricted movement of the rudder quadrant at full right rudder travel would reduce controllability of the airplane.
