190-200 IGW airplanes equipped with Goodrich Corporation door-mounted escape slide part number
(P/N) 104003-1.

主旨摘要
- It has been reported during operational checks some failures in the deployment of the Escape Slide P/N 104003-1 installed in the forward passenger and service door, preventing the door opening. Since this condition may occur in other airplanes of the same type and could impede an emergency evacuation and increase the chance of injury to passengers and flight crew, a corrective action is required. Thus, sufficient reason exists to request compliance with this AD in the indicated time limit.
