Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

Subject
- During routine inspection procedures on the wing assembly line it was identified the possibility of cracks and deformation developing during assembly on the internal wings spars and rib flanges, causing a safe margin reduction. Since this condition affects flight safety, a corrective action is required. Thus, sufficient reason exists to request compliance with this AD in the indicated time limit.
