Subject
- It has been found the occurrence of two events of aircraft being dispatched with the cargo door opened without indication. In one of the events the aircraft took off with the cargo door opened. Since this condition affects flight safety, a corrective action is required. Thus, sufficient reason exists to request compliance with this AD in the indicated time limit.
