主旨摘要
- It has been found the occurrence of two events of aircraft being dispatched and flown with the cargo door opened. Since this condition may occur in other aircraft of the same type and affects flight safety, an immediate corrective action is required. Thus, sufficient reason exists to request compliance with this EAD in the indicated time limit without prior notice.
