The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

Applicability: Fokker Aircraft B.V. Model F28 Mark 0070 and F28 Mark 0100, serial numbers 11244 thru 11585 if equipped with Messier-Dowty main landing gears (MLG), (effectively in a pre-SBF100-32-090 or post-SBF100-32-129 configuration), including units held as spares.
