Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

- ATR 42 aircraft, all models, all serial numbers, except aircraft which have
received ATR modification 04372 (aileron spring tab) in production or ATR
Service Bulletin (SB) ATR42-27-0081 or SB ATR42-27-0092 in service.
ATR 72-101, -102, -201, -202, -211, 212 aircraft models, all serial numbers,
except aircraft which have received ATR modification 04373 (aileron spring
tab) in production or SB ATR72-27-1045 embodied in service.
