Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
CAA-2006-12-003(已有後續修訂版)
The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

Applicability
- AIRBUS aircraft A330-200 and A330-300 series, all certified models, all
serial numbers, except those on which AIRBUS modification 49353 has
been embodied in production or AIRBUS Service Bulletin (SB) A330-57-
3082 has been embodied in service on both wings.
AIRBUS aircraft A340-200 and A340-300 series, all certified models, all
serial numbers, except those on which AIRBUS modification 49353 has
been embodied in production or AIRBUS Service Bulletin (SB) A340-57-
4088 has been embodied in service on both wings.
AIRBUS aircraft A340-500 and A340-600 series, all certified models, all
serial numbers, except those on which AIRBUS modification 50040 or
51585 has been embodied in production.
Aircraft repaired on both wings as per Repair Drawing R572.56230 (or
SRM 57-26-13 PB 201) are not concerned by this Emergency
Airworthiness Directive (EAD).
