The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

Applicability: Fokker Aircraft B.V. Model Fokker F28 Mark 0100 aircraft serial numbers 11244 thru 11486, 11488 thru 11491, 11496, 11498 thru 11502, 11504 thru 11507, 11511 thru 11520, 11522, 11523 and 11527, except those modified per Fokker SB F100-25-070 (Jet Line Interior configuration) or Fokker SBF100-25-109 (Future Interior). If aircraft serial numbers 11359, 11361, 11367, 11396, 11397, 11404, 11446, 11456, 11468, 11483, 11490, 11499, 11502, 11515 and 11520 are post- report FS-N545 or FS-N571, this AD is not applicable.
