Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

A main rotor tip path plane separation phenomenon occurred on a Model 430 helicopter during a recent ferry flight at an airspeed of more than 140 knots. This event was observed from the cockpit and felt as a vibration as a frequency close to one per revolution.
