Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

To prevent blockage of the check tee valve and cracks in the fire extinguisher discharge tubes in the engine struts, preventing the fire extinguishing agent from being delivered to the engine or reducing the amount delivered to the engine, which could permit a fire to spread from the engine to the wing of the airplane.
