Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

To prevent fuel vapors from coming into contact with an ignition source in the center wing fuel tank, horizontal stabilizer fuel tank, center auxiliary fuel tank, or auxiliary fuel tanks 1 and 4, which could result in fire/explosion.
