The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

To ensure replacement of dust seals of the lower passenger service unit (PSU) panel that may contribute to the spread of a fire when ignition occurs from electrical arcing of a failed light holder assembly, which could cause damage to adjacent structure and smoke emitting from the PSU panel into the passenger cabin.
