I. Preface

In order to handle the construction of airports, acquiring land for the Taoyuan Airport Park, and other tasks, Civil Aviation Administration(CAA) specifically established the task force of Airport Engineering Department.

II. Business Description

1. Planning Section -
   Responsible for acquiring land for the Taoyuan Airport Park, overall task plans, control over the task work schedules, zone expropriation, overall financial affairs planning, dispatch, and auditing related tasks.
2. Civil Engineering & Architecture Section -
   Responsible for taxiways, aprons, roads, parking lots, grading drains, water supply, sewage system, building construction, and related construction, expansion, maintenance and improvement tasks.
3. Mechanical & Electrical Facilities Section -
   Responsible for air conditioning, elevators, air bridge, electricity, navigational aids, and related construction, expansion, maintenance and improvement tasks.
4. Engineering Management Section -
   Responsible for project budget compilation, project quality control, progress control, goal supervision, and other related tasks.
5. Porerty Section -
   Responsible for drawing up particular plans related to the Taoyuan Airport Park and Adjacent Designated areas, managing the new land zone expropriation matters for the Taoyuan Airport Park, and related deliberation and coordination tasks.
6. Administration Section -
   Responsible for public relations, general matters, information, documents, payments, and other related administrative tasks.
