Test Unit

Unit 1: Listening Comprehension -Multiple Choice

  1. Computer Testing and Automatic Scoring.
  2. Scoring criteria for each level:
    Level 6: 90%~100%
    Level 5: 80%~89%
    Level 4: 70%~79%
    Level 3: 60%~69%
    Level 2: 50%~59%
    Level 1: 49%以下
    49% or below
  3. Unit 1 is only for the assessment of the "comprehension" area in Appendix 1, which test result will be the level of Unit 1.
  4. The following units (Unit 2 and Unit 3) can be accessed when the test result of Unit 1 is at least Level 4.

Unit 2: Voice Only Interaction

  1. Unit 2 & 3 will be rated by two raters according to Appendix 1 --- Language Proficiency Rating Scale across six skill areas of linguistic performance: pronunciation, structure, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and interactions.
  2. The lowest score of six areas will be the final score of the test-taker.

Unit 3: Face-to-face Interview

  1. Unit 2 & 3 will be rated by two raters according to Appendix 1 --- Language Proficiency Rating Scale across six skill areas of linguistic performance: pronunciation, structure, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and interactions.
  2. The lowest score of six areas will be the final score of the test-taker.

Remarks

The lowest score of the three units will be the final score of the test-taker. The lowest level of the final result of the specific areas will be the final score of each area.
