How to enhance citizens’ knowledge and information of "self-safety protection"?

Question 1: What should I do if I see an unknown or suspicious package/luggage in the terminal hall, boarding area, parking lot, toilet etc. at the airport?

Action:A suspicious item or unattended luggage left by passengers must be regarded as suspected explosive, if you see such articles, please notify the airport information desk or call the aviation police (Hotline: 03-3982177) or the security guards immediately. Do not approach or touch the suspicious items for your own safety.

Question 2: What should I do if I need an immediate assistance or face a threat in confined spaces of the airport such as female toilets, accessible toilets, breastfeeding rooms, and elevators?

Action: Please press the "Emergency Button" immediately. The airport will assign person as soon as possible to handle the situation.

Question 3: What should I do if I saw a suspicious person or a person who needs immediate assistance at the airport?

Action: Please notify the airport information desk, or the nearby aviation police, security guard and airport volunteers immediately. You could also call the airport hotline.
