依據民用航空法規，航空器所有人或使用人除應遵守本國民航局所發布適航指令，亦應遵守航空器設計國之民航主管機關所通告之適航指令。

適用性說明: This AD applies to all transport and commuter category airplanes equipped with a radio (also known as radar) altimeter. These radio altimeters are installed on various transport and commuter category airplanes including, but not limited to, the airplanes for which the design approval holder is identified in paragraphs (c)(1) through (18) of this AD. 主旨摘要: This AD requires revising the limitations section of the existing AFM to incorporate limitations prohibiting certain operations requiring radio altimeter data, due to the presence of 5G C-Band interference. This AD also requires modifying certain airplanes to allow safe operations in the U.S. 5G C-Band radio frequency environment.

參考資訊（版本/ATA/SB）: 本適航指令取代CAA-2022-01-006(FAA AD 2021–23–12)。本AD仍為暫時性措施，後續將視航空器原廠耐雷達高度計(RA)干擾之改裝進度及雷達高度計抗5G信號干擾新技術標準(TSO)法規發展狀況，評估是否再發布相關適航指令。
