The aircraft owner or operator shall comply with Airworthiness Directives issued by the CAA or the aeronautics authority of the State of Design (SoD) of the aviation products, appliances and parts, and take all necessary actions thereto.

This AD retains certain requirements of AD 2016-09-01(CAA-2016-05-002), and also requires doing repetitive detailed and high frequency eddy current inspections of the longeron fitting, and, for post-repair and post-modification inspections, the bulkhead assembly structure, for any cracking, and doing all applicable on-condition actions.
