4. Procedure:
Write down the date, location, affair and suggestion of improvement in detail. And return in two ways : Mail Address: Taipei Post Box 45-96
5. Principle:
(1) Only director and authorized workers have access to mail box.
(2) Any personal information is confidential, and be erased after reviewed.
(3) Except regulated by law, anything reported to Director's Mail Box will not be punished.
(4) Aviation Safety Consulting Committee reviews all information collected by Director's Mail Box regularly.
(5) Anonymous or assaultive letter will not be reviewed
